In a community with a Homeowners Association, the governing documents benefit everyone by outlining the terms and conditions, by-laws and rules and regulations for residents, tenants and guests to follow. At Heron Landing Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (Heron Landing), those documents give the responsibility and accountability for applying and interpreting the rules to the Board of Directors, which is elected by the homeowners.
In order to be a recognized homeowners association, the association must be a Florida corporation. To be official, the governing documents must be recorded with the Clerk of the County Court. The documents for Heron Landing can be found on this page.
